Second Harvest strived to be an exemplary steward of the resources entrusted to us and according to our most recently filed financial documents, 97.2% of expenses were program related.  

Second Harvest is a private non-profit organization under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Service code.  We annually file a 990 Form with the IRS and are audited by an outside accounting firm.
