Thank you for your interest in becoming a Second Harvest Member Agency.
Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio welcomes all qualified nonprofit community food programs to become a part of our network. Our member programs include food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters and supplemental programs throughout a four-county region including Crawford, Erie, Huron and Lorain.
To be considered for membership your agency should submit the following information:
- A completed Membership Application
- Proof of existence for a minimum of six (6) months
- A current list of board members or trustees
- A copy of your 501(c) 3 Letter of Determination from the IRS or equivalent fourteen (14) articles for churches.
