Food Purchasing Coordinator
Second Harvest's Food Resource Coordinator oversees purchasing and food ordering through federal programs, state programs and direct food purchasing. This position is responsible for overseeing procurement of food and grocery products through the Choice System, food donors, with the purpose of maintaining a steady flow of food and grocery products for distribution in our region.
Donor Database Coordinator
The Donor Database Coordinator supports Second Harvest’s fundraising work by accurately processing donations, maintaining clean and updated donor records, and preparing essential reports. This role ensures timely gift acknowledgments, assists with donor communications, and helps reconcile financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data systems in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.
Warehouse Order Expeditor
The Warehouse Order Expediter position is responsible for supporting all warehouse operations, with primary duties focused on shipping, receiving, and order expediting. Additional responsibilities include general warehouse tasks such as maintaining a clean work environment and moving products as needed. Facility is clean and climate controlled.
